    Hello all,

    Just a quick question – I'm deciding whether to rent out our PPOR for the next few years, then move back in as per the PPOR 6 year CGT exemption. The property will be -tive geared, so what happens when you move back in and later sell the property? Do you have to pay back any tax breaks from the last few years? Also, is there is a minimum period you have to move back into the property for before selling?

    Any further info on this scenario would be much appreciated.
