After successfully bought my first IP, I am now having more questions than ever
. The time it took me to locate the IP, setup proper structure, finding proper financing, and closing the deal is taking a lot of my energy. I was working with good Accountant, Solicitor and Mortgage Broker who had been great for other things, but unfortunately are not savvy in the property investing.I am considering to join one of the mentoring program, mainly to speed up my investment process, learn more complex deals, and work together with those with the like mind. Since I'm in WA, RESULT seemed to be the right one for me, but I believe the current program is full, and the next one is not going to start until June-2008. I have been attending a few of the seminars conducted by Positive Real Estate, and they are also offering a Momentum mentoring program, which I'm considering to join. This is the group where Jason Whitton, Lisa Sanders, and Sam Saggers operate, and I believe they call the group SourceWealth, among many other company names they formed for different part of property investments.
Just wondering if any of the property investors in the forum has had first hand information about their mentoring program. Pluses & minuses, and any advice will be appreciated.
