ballarat investors

are there any ballarat investors who would like to get together for coffee and conversation about investing of any type in town? i have been to investor's meetings in melbourne and they can be great but they are too far away after work. twould be great to get together with people who really want to talk about what they are doing, discuss problems etc. in short; encourage one another! does anyone else find it hard to locate similarly minded people? ie; people whose eyes don't glaze over when you start talking about property?!!
