URGENT – BUILDER NEEDED WA

We urgently need a builder in WA who is interested in overseeing a half finished project that we are wanting to purchase.  They are 4 townhouses made of tilt-up panels.  They are up and have roofs on and internal wall frames in place.  They still need to have windows and doors plus walls. ceilings, kitchen and bathrooms, elecs and plumbing done.
