I am in the initial phases of putting together a 3 unit development within walking distance of Bendi's beautiful lake… but definitely have my "L" plates on!! I would welcome any advice on reliable builders, thoughts around benefits & drawbacks selling off the plan, and any other comments on the process that might help in creating a positive outcome. Any ideas, suggestions or feedback would greatly appreciated
