The issue of housing affordability will have the biggest impact on property investing this decade.
Government intervention to make housing more affordable is probably likely.
One scheme involving tax credits and managed funds/super industry could see low cost housing, low cost rental accommodation and the bottom end of the market become the new playground of analysts.
