PPOR – Principle Place of Residence. The home you own and live in.
IP – Investment Property a house your own and rent out.

any other bits of jargon confusing to newbies here? took me a while to twig on PPOR as well.

Can IP be bought without loosing the FHOG in Vic? if yes, than how ? & where do I go to comfirm it, I could not locate such information on the Vic State Rev site, can any one help !!!
