    Hi all…I have been dealing with a Company called Victoria Finance.
    They did an "equity release" No Doc Loan for me at 7.45%…with no LMI
    The Lenders are:  Challenger Mortgage Management, Challenger Non Conforming Finance,
    Perpetual Trustees Victoria and JP Morgan Trust Australia.
    Does anyone have any experience with this Company or Lenders?  If so…good or bad?
