Hi Guys
Can somebody please explain to me what the diffrence is bettween a Settelment Fee and a Fee Settelment.I occured a charge on my investment loan that says" Fee Settlement" and it is not listed in the Fee scheudle of the Loan agreement.Do I still have to pay for it even so it is not listed in the signed agreement.Any advise is very much appreciated.

settlement fees and fees settlement is one and the same thing. This is real and final settlement statement which u have to pay
finally at the time of closing.
