Hey everyone,
Am looking at a self storage facility that is selling for about $30k
I have a deposit of about $15k and was wondering if anyone knows how i would go about getting finance for the remaining $15k. Would i just go for a personal loan and if so would i be able to get it secured or would it have to be an unsecured one?
