    hi all i have just got an info pack from property pengiun..they state the following:
    variable rate for investment property interest only @ 7.241%
    nil application fee
    up to 10 years interest only repayments
    up to 100% lvr
    negative gearing included

    has anyone hear or used these guys and what where they like..

    please help

    The lender is RAMS and is available to every broker under the sun.

    Just check the LMI as it isnt cheap.
