    Hi Guys,

    My last topic was about looking toward buying a block of land. Well i have made up my mind and i will be purhcasing a block some time in the near future.

    Just a question what taxes do i have to pay when purchasing a block?
    once settlement occurs what other cost are involved?

    eg rates,land tax any other taxes
