Morning punters.
i am looking at getting a duplex – 3bed 2 bath 2 car garage built in the 3046 postcode.
I am looking for someone familiar with the local area to initially prepare the subdivision & duilding design, then a builder to make it a reality.
As this area is in an area I am not familiar with, any suggestions would be welcome.

Do you already own the land? Are you sure you can fit on what you want to achieve?
I know a firm of building designers in the northern suburbs who should be able to help you.
