Hi there all, would like to vent bit of frustation, Agent nice, tenant late with rent not caught up will be vacating soon, pays late then my account not credited, because late wont rec any payment before next dump, at end of month 2 gripes really, howcame tenant can be left so long and still not catch up, I know times are hard,Agent will not deposit money till next deposit ,fortunately, had money in account to cover costs. Help. Can I negotiate with agent to compensate for time whilst money sits in their account?? Yes, i know some of you are really good.Can any one sooth this unhappy landlord, or do we just lay there and pay them their percentage as well???
Could they at least write you a cheque instead for that month rather than waiting another full month?
I would focus on looking for another Real Estate with an independant property manager, shop around.
