Claiming depreciation

G'day All,

I just thought I would make a note since it's almost tax time remind any one who hasn't been claiming depreciation, to look into getting a depreciation schedule done up.

I had a nice surprise a couple of years back when I paid $395 to get a schedule written up and when my accountant did my tax he informed me I could then back date the depreciation to when I first bought the property, I ended up with a $12,000 refund.
