    I have wrap properties and have been doing 6 monthly bank statements to my clients pursuant to the Uniform Consumer Credit Code.  I would to leverage my time and have someone else manage this aspect of my business.

    Does anyone know of a business who looks after the preparation of wrap bank statements and who will manage the property to ensure that the instalment payments are paid each fortnight in return for a fee?

    We simply bit the bullet in 2002 and employed 2 full time staff to prepare ours but in saying that you need to have a enough to make it worth while.

    To date we have never had any real problems and other than a once a month meeting with them let them deal with the day to day running of the business.
