Hi,
I'm looking to get into the real estate market with something i can buy and renovate with the intention to sell at the end of renovations.
Not sure whether i should be looking for an apartment or an actual house?
Any pro's and con's or past experiences here???
The value is in the land. I would definately be looking at free standing houses, they appreciate more in value (on average) and you can do more with them.
