    G'day colleagues,

I'm quite new to this game and am preparing myself for the particular niche of property flipping. I understand that in using this strategy i will have to make many many offers, written offers. This is why i am trying to figure out the best way to do so but i don't really understand a few things about writing an offer…

    – is the writen offer more of a 1 page sheet with my name, intent to buy and a price or as implied in these forums, a long contract with legal jargon and every possible consideration described in its own clause?
    – is it something i can write up myself or must a lawyer approve it?
    – how long should it be?
    – where can i get some samples to have a look at?
    – do i mail these to RE agents or carry them around and sign them and hand them over at the inspections/meetings if i am keen on an IP?

Everyone has been writing about written offers and not specifically how to create one or what one is specifically… so i am i bit confused.

any help would be greatly appreciated,

    Cheers

    Gennady

All you need is a one page letter of offer. Get your conveyancor to draw one up the first time then use it over and over.

If you are not in a hurry for one, I can email you the template that we use and you can change it to suit your specific needs. Please send me an email [email protected] (no private messages, I may not see them) and I can attach one for you.

And don;t forget if your offer is accepted, you may have a contract formed.
