Yes- my company Metropole Buyers Agency is Brisbane's largest buyers agency – we buy more proeprties than all the other Brisbane buyers agents combined, so George up there must be doing something right
I find cashflowcapital is very slow in gettting back, this is my personal opinion
This will sound silly. but whats the difference between a buyers agent and just an agent? be nice I'm new, young and nieve
Buyers agents tend to help you source, value and purchase a property – they act on your behalf. In return, you pay them a fee – either fixed or as a percentage of the sale. Examples are Wakelin and Wakelin in Melbourne. They often have their own philosophy as to what is a good house which may not be compatible with yours. "Agents", as you know, generally are acting on behalf of the vendor (or themselves!)
ooo well there you go. thanks
