Hi everyone back gain after a short spell of “no decision making”.
I live in Perth, yet invest in Vic, reno – sub-division and development my preferred approach. Going OK so far.
Missed the Results Programme, and now hoping to meet a fellow investor who might offer suggestions in order to take my small business to another level.
Structuring finances issue one.
We have two IP’s, one a 4 unit development and some equity up our sleves.
Current mortgage broker has lost my confidence.
