    Does anyone have information on finding out which properties are being sold as the owner has defaulted on their mortgage?

    This type of information in Australia is not usually made public, although I think in the USA it is a little different.

    The other problem with foreclosures in Aus is quite often the Banks don't want it known that the property is in foreclosure, and even when they are known they invariably sell for around market value anyway.
