    Hi All,

    I'm thinking about buying my first investment property, and I have just started reading up on it.  The trouble is that there is so much information available, I don't know where to start.

    Does anybody have a concise list of things I should be reading or thinking about before going too much further.

    I'm hoping to spend around 250K on my first property.
