    Hi,

    I've been looking for historical median house prices for both Brisbane and some selected Brisbane suburbs for comparison.

    I'm having trouble finding this info. Can anyone help. I've already tried residex, Aust Property Mag, RP data, Australian Property monitors. I am more than happy to pay for this info if I can get it.

    Any help will be much appreciated.

    Have a look in "Data & Research Reports" on our useful links page.  You can also get a free postcode report on Property Value.
