Creative Wealth Multiplying Strategies?

Hi All,

I am just about to come into some money. Somewhere between $30-50k. I want to put it all into the property market and leverage off it to create my empire . My base goal (however real or un-realistic) I would like to control $1m worth of profitable property within the next 12 months at an LVR of around 80%.

What I am hoping for is to stir some creative juices and to hear some possible ways that I could make this happen.
