    Hi, does anyone know where to find a solicitor that draws up sales contracts as I have just gotten an offer on my house (selling by myself rather than agent) and so now need to have contracts drawn up. Also, can the one solicitor do the lot, eg. the sale contract and the transfer of property?
    Also what is the going type rate for this.

    any property solicitor could do it. Use the one you were going to use to transfer the title, you need one regardless of whether you have an agent on board or not.
