I have $100K dollars and am looking at purchasing the motel that i have a lease on for $550K. is their anyone out their that would lend this much money on a commercial business loan? at the moment I pay $70K dollars a year rent and I am sure i could get a Mortgage much cheaper! I also have $30K to cover legals stamp duty etc.
