I've been looking for my first IP for the past 3 months and still have nothing. I've done all the research, figures, loan pre-approvals, seek advice from my accountant etc but I keep missing out on the properties that meet my criteria.
Does anyone have any advice on buyers agents? I have read a few article on them and think they might be worth a go….getting a little sick spending every weekend at open for inspections.
Could anyone recommend a good buyers agents in Melbourne?

Try Morrell and Koren. They have a website, and there work is top rate. I have watched David Morrell in action at an auction. Excellent.
They usually only operate at the top end of price range, but it won't hurt to ask.
