    Hi All,
    Just wondering which is the best way to go. We are currently looking at a block of land to develop. It has been invisaged that we can fit 4 units on this block. Would it be more cost effective to subdivide or strata title the block and which is the quicker way to get it through planning approvals in Victoria.

    Depends on how big your block is, by strata titling your plot ratio is larger therefore being able to get more units on.  You will probably find that subdiviing you will only get two units.
