Can anyone suggest a (preferably free, or at least cheap) method of acurately costing a development?
If not, can anyone suggest a reasonably priced quantity surveror? NO rip-off merchants thanks!Hey Misty,
Best way is to make sure you have a set of WORKING drwaings and give them to a Registered builder for a price. I recommend meeting withe the builder to go through exactly what you want, not just give them a plan and ask for a price as interior fit-out costs can vary substantially.
