There is a Property Manager (Real Estate Agent) in Brisbane who is charging.
4.5%
$5 p/month Sundries
$30 per quarter
1st week rent
($40 court appearance fee – if required)These guys are called EMB. Any of you Brissy mob heard about them – good or bad…????
Seems like a pretty good deal to me, my other agent charges 7% (after discount) with similar sundries…Break'n'Even

I thank you for your query into our 4.5% Property Management Fee.Considering, rental payments have increased at quite an alarming rate in most areas
Why are Agents still charging the same Management fee?Are they providing a better service with this increased fee?
We do not believe we should charge extra for a quality service.
Personally, I feel 4.5% +gst is a reasonable rate to charge property owners.

It has only been just recently in the past couple of months I have really staarted to concentrate on increasing the number of rental managements
The reason I am more focused on helping people in this area is due to the poor quality of service received by a substancial amount of home owners in the Brisbane area.
As a private investment property owner myself for many years I can truly appreciate the need for an agency which does provide a quality service and does keep the owner informed about with their investment
Because of this, I have created an agency which does provide a quality of service.
My question is, why should a home owner pay more for a quality service shouldnt that just be a part of the service?
OH Yes! and the number of managements ?….well with the quality service which is provided, of course, that is growing all the time!
