G'day all,
Can anybody tell me what "pcm" means.
I found this add that said
"Excellent 2 Bedroom unit, well presented and comprises good size bedrooms with BIR's , spacious lounge with electric heating, lockup garage and private rear yard. Currently tenanted and returning $671pcm…"
and I can't find out what pcm means.
By the way is there any kind of Glossary around that you can look up every time you come across an unfamiliar real estate or related term ?
Some times I'm completely lost with the abreviations.
Richard
pcm = per calendar month
PCM = Per calender month, 671 PCM = 154 Per Week
Hi Richard,
I'm new to this too and I am also having trouble with unfamiliar terminology.
Its mind boggling !

Thanks everybody.
DK I found a glossary on this site but it didn't work.
Maybe we should lobby to have it fixed?RichardRoper wrote:Thanks everybody.

Post it up here when you get a chance. I e-mailed Goldie (the tech brains behind PI.com) to let him know about the problem, but your link will help him to pinpoint it.

That's a new one to me also so I've just added it to our Glossary of Terms.
