    Could anyone make some recommendations for the following services in the southern Gold Coast area (ie Tugun, Currumbin, Palm Beach) for the upcoming purchase of a residential investment property:

    *  building inspection
    * plumbing inspection
    * pest inspection
    * electrical inspection
    * solicitor for conveyancing
    * property manager
    * buyers agent

    Try AOK inspections, they do termite and building.  Conveyancing Works Solicitors.  Best Wishes, Linda
