Hi all
Just had our offer on a 3 bedroom house in Warnbro, WA accepted last night. Very excited about it.
Was wondering if anyone knows of a good Managing Agent in the area who canlook after the property for us.
Also does anyone know of any good painters in the area, as we would like to make the house look nice and clean before we put in tenants.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Simon,
Congratulations on your offer being accepted! I've got an IP in Shoalwater and use a local PM. I compiled a spreadsheet back in October '06 detailing the fees and charges of various PMs in the area. I would be happy to email this to you if you like? It may serve as a guide to get you started.

in order to avoid spam, (some spammers use programs to grab email address from web pages, in much the same way that search engines, index the internet) its best to pm (private message) people to give them your email address.
