I’M LOOKING AT BUILDING A BLOCK OF FLATS/UNITS ON MY PROPERTY. I’M SEARCHING FOR A BOOK OR A WEB SITE ON PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT WHICH PROVIDES BUDGET SHEETS,AND OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION. ANY IDEAS?Unfortunatly i cannot remeber the name of the book on property development which i once purchased on Amazon.com however i would suggest you search Amazon for something appropriate there are thousands there make sure you read some reviews before purchasing. We were planning on building 3 units on our current property however we decided we liked living here for now and wont be doing so for a further two years. I wish you luck [grad]
