can anyone direct me to a accountant who lives in Melbourne and specialises in NZ and Australian investment properties. i.e someone who can assist with setting up a NZ loan for a investment property.
I am a kiwi citizen but have lived and worked in Melbourne for quite a number of years. I am looking for a long term accountant who does not mince words. Someone who invest properties and who is reliable and honest.
also i am a member of don&lizcashflowproperties based in invercargill NZ. Has anyone brought cashflow properties from them and if so what was the outcome.
