investment option

Never sure which forum to put things on so have posted on 2. Sorry.
The ballot we have been waiting for on 13 blocks of land on the river in Maylands wa, has finnally arrived. The front ones are by far the best, unfortunatley they are a little out of our reach, there is nothing between them and the water. We are looking for a partner to either develop them with or to sell to. We are no. 24 on the ballot. This would be a patnership not a flip. I would be happy to give more information if anyone is interested or if you have any suggestions I would welcome them.
