The ballot for the blocks we have been waiting for on the river in Maylands W.A has finnally arrived. We will find out tomorrow if we have one and which one it is likely to be. Thier are 13 blocks we are about no. 24 in the ballot. The blocks on the front row are by far the best with nothing between you and the water, unfortunatly we can’t quite afford one of those on our own so are looking for a partner to either develop the block with or to sell to after contract . This would be a partnership not a flip. If any one is interested I would be happy to provide more information or if any one has any suggestions for me.
