We have firstly Neil Gorman, who is a RESULTS member & also owns a Mortgage Choice franchise. Neil will be discussing residential loans & is looking forward to your questions. We are also fortunate to have Alistair Perry from Perry Financial Strategies who will concentrate on the commercial & business side of things. 8.30 – 9.00 – Frankston South Reno! Stewart Cox will be presenting his recently sold buy/reno/sell deal in Frankston South. Stewart, who many of you will remember from the story about my trip with him entitled 130 properties in 1.5 days will run us through the reno he completed, what he did, why, and of course the before & after photos will show the result. Personally, I love seeing other people’s deals & I learn so much from them. I am certain that this will be no exception.
9.00 to 9.30 – Networking, pack up & leave. It is greatly appreciated if you can help put away a few chairs etc
For the last few meetings, Chris Bellesini has filmed the events and has made it available on a twin DVD pack for just $20. Those who have purchased them previously have commented that it is great to be able to access this information to play over again as often as they like, as well as those who are unable to attend have the benefit of not missing out on it. To be fair to Chris, the price will now go up by just $5, as it takes an enormous amount of time to edit & produce these. I am sure you will all agree that at just $25 it is value many times over. 2006 meeting DVDs are still available for just $20.
