Many new people to this forum (including myself) are always asking about how to get started in property and how to find the right house in the right area. What i and many others are interested in is what tools of research people use to identify the right house in the right area. This kind if information would be valuble to all.

There are many different ways people research as some people are time rich and others time poor.I am time poor and like to use the internet as much as possible

realestate.com.au is great for finding property and there is a page on the reiv website that gives you the medium house prices for the last five years. These are a couple that i use . What tools of research does everyone else use?
