Hi all.Well i will settle on my first IP soon and i find myself looking for my next IP already. I guess i have got the bug.My current property is on the south coast nsw but would like to try a different area second time around. Im thinking regional victoria, maybe latrobe vally or bendigo. What are your opinions on the areas or any other areas nearby. I will take a holiday and investigate the areas my self when i get closer but any opinions will be greatly appreciated. Properties seem fairly cheap around those areas and seem to be lagging behind the rest of the country. Im only looking for properties up to $250,000. Thanks.
