hi all i bought this one 2 years ago at lake mac.NSW but i don’t think the value’s gone up at all, any comments about the location will be appreciated…i don’t know whether to hold it or sell it and buy a unit in Brisbane…the white cross is where the IP is….

Values in many parts of Aus haven’t gone up much in the last 2 years.
I wouldn’t sell yet – you bought at near the end of the recent boom.
L.M is a fantastic location and you are right near the water etc.
If you can hold it it may be worth while.Cheers,
