Hello everyone!
I am new to this forum and have really enjoyed reading what other people have sent in. There are heaps of very knowledgable people out there. I am reading everything I can get my hands on about IP and boy is there alot. Alot of it is very conflicting. Everyone has there own ideas about what is best for investing in property. We recently bought an investment property in QLD and now only after we have bought it do we realise what a huge weekly payback we have to make. OUCH !! this year will be very tight as we were hoping to pay off or PPOR mortgage as well.There is not much owing now. So my question is – Is there any qroups of like minded people in the NE suburbs that get together to discuss property investing? [biggrin]
