    Hello,

I live in perth, but I am moving to melb shortly. Organising finance at the moment.

I want to buy a property in melb in a trust. Have used chris batten before. I was wondering if anyone has used a cheaper trust, ie cleardocs?

I will need to get it stamped by the governement etc, what have other forum goers done in this situation when they dont live in the state?

    Cheers,

All trusts are good until something goes wrong or they are challenged. Some of my client’s have Cleardocs Discretionary Trusts. They are drafted by Maddocks lawfirm which is a large well known firm.

By setting one up on your own you can cause problems if you do not know what you are doing.
