Someone paid 4m+ at Glenhaven in Sydneys NW for I think 6 acres (could be 5+)
Feel sorry for the landbank investors as Land Tax is going to shoot next time. Usually only one sale a year of these so the average is going to jump.
Not capable of subdivision at the moment not sure if he is going to brown paper bag council. If he has 4m to spend on a home block he probably has some left over.
