Does anyone have any experience with properties that have asbestos rooves? We’ve come across one which appears to be leaking as there’s water damage on a door sill in the house and water marks down the wall. Its a 3 bed 1 bath house. Does anyone have ballpark figures on replacing the roof or fixing a leak?
