    Hi all

My partner and I purchased our first house 14 months ago. It was a steel when we purcahsed and the property market has increased over the time we have held it. We now have a good amount of equity, plus some cash.

Having made a decision to purchase a rental property, we are looking for some checklists or speadsheets to use when evaluating possible properties.

We are in New Zealand, but I don’t think the characteristics of a great property will differ that much.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
