Hi everyone, I need some advice on what to do with my properties.
I owe 150k on my families home 1200sq that can be subdivided valued 300k+. I have a new 5 bedroom home I owe 265k on returning 320P/w and have a set of maisonette’s on hold asking 295k returning 320P/w little $ spent should return 380P/w. I am not sure what to do to maximize my investing. Does anybody know a good adviser in Townsville (I have my name down with steve for his mentoring already)
I dont know whether to sell and buy or just rent. any feedback would be great thanks guys.
