    Hi folks,

    I own a duplex in Rocky which I’m considering splitting into strata title which will increase the value allowing me to make more from a sale/refinance. Can anyone advise me on the process and costs of this exercise? Are there any bookswebsites which would provide the details i’m looking for?

    Ours has booklets you can down load on how to.
