Hola.
In a scouting of the wonder that is Ebay I have come across a bunch of Steve’s books and a 2nd hand copy of the Buyer Beware pack for sale. I’ve already got all of this stuff so I’m not in the hunt but if there are any Ebay savvy PI newbies out there who are interested it might be worth a look.
The direct links are a killer but if you go to http://www.ebay.com.au and do a search for ‘steve mcknight’ you should find them.
