Hi has anyone here had a Trust Deed HDT – drawn up by Dale Gatherum-Goss. I am thinking about using him and heard he was was really good.
Also do i have to have a Lawyer have a look at the deed also?
What questions should i ask the Accountant to put in the Deed or does he have a standard deed for everyone?
